We are also happy to support other models: Some of our young colleagues first complete an apprenticeship with us and then go on to study at university. Or they initially study construction management or complete another degree programme and then come to us to gain interesting practical insights. We’re open to anything and would love to hear your ideas on how you want to grow with us!

Holistic, creative and interdisciplinary – your training at omeras

Up to 15 trainees and BA students are trained at omeras. What makes it special? At our company, the various apprenticeships work hand in hand – because even in later professional life, a company can only function if all of its departments work together.

Special trainee projects, such as the bike project, give our trainees an insight into ‘real life’: our trainees in the commercial professions obtain quotations and order the materials, our technical trainees plan, draw and manufacture the product and our young sales staff take care of marketing and sales. It doesn’t always go smoothly – but that’s exactly what allows our junior employees to grow together. An enjoyable and fun project for everyone involved.
